We are delighted to present our new Sanela service portal to our members, which is now available as a central platform for the efficient management of all EPR operations. This platform replaces the previous Sanela service portal and features numerous innovations, which will make the work of our members much easier and assist them in the future. Our members benefit from an intuitive, fully digitised platform that is unique in Switzerland and brings together all important EPR processes in one place.

  • Simple management: The service portal significantly simplifies the management of master data, administrative roles and authorised health professionals (HP), which can be carried out independently and clearly online.
  • Efficient communication: The integrated ticketing system makes communication with the Sanela reference community’s central services simpler and more practical. All enquiries and concerns can be recorded managed and quickly processed centrally, resulting in a noticeable increase in efficiency.
