Switching to Sanela

Please complete and sign the application to switch your EPR to Sanela.

Our customer services will contact your previous EPR provider, which will then release your EPR for the switch to Sanela.
Once the switch has been carried out, you will receive the new details for the initial login to your new EPR with Sanela. Please follow these steps:
- Go to the homepage of the EPR portal
- Have ready the user data you received by email (single-use user name) and by SMS (single-use password)
- Enter this user data in the “Username and password” field.
- In the next step, link your electronic identity (eID) (SwissID or TrustID) to your EPR by selecting “SwissID” or “TrustID,” and then enter the access data of your eID.
- From now on, you can access your EPR at any time with your eID. For this, select your eID (SwissID or TrustID) on the start page of the EPR portal and then enter the respective access details.

Good to know
- Your EPR will not be available to you while the switch is being processed.
- The documents with the corresponding confidentiality levels remain stored in the EPR.
After the switch, you must reset the following:
- Account settings
- Permissions (access rights of healthcare institutions and/or health professionals)
- EPR deputy/deputies
