It’s easy to set up an EPR for another person digitally

Introduction: With Swiss Post’s digital EPR self-onboarding service, you as the legal representative can easily set up an EPR for another person (guardian, custodian, support person, etc.) – completely digitally anywhere at any time in four steps:
1
Login with SwissID

You have your own EPR and log in with your SwissID to start the process.

2
Verification of legal representative

Upload the proof of the relationship between you and the person to be represented, along with a digital copy of the ID of the person you are representing (ID does not need to be valid) to verify legal representation.

3
Apply for an EPR

Post Sanela Health Ltd checks the documents submitted online (duration: 1-2 working days).

4
Representative has been set up and you're all set

You will be notified as soon as the representative's EPR has been set up. You can then log in to your EPR and manage the EPR of the person to be represented.
